Pre-Qualifications
The DIVIDED ZONE AGREEMENTS & KUWAITI ISLANDS & MEGA PROJECTS DEVEOLOPMENT TEAM of the Government of Kuwait has announced a pre-qualification to qualify international and local companies classified as “Grade 1 – Roads & Bridges” , with similar experience to undertake the works of Stage-1 of Boubyan Sea Port Project.
The Stage-1 of the Project will comprise of the following:
1. Main Road – From east side of Boubyan Island to Khor Subbiya on the west side (approximate length : 34 km)
2. Landfill and soil improvement – required for the main road (approximately 4 million cubic meters).
3. Bridge connecting main road with existing roads network (approximate length 1.4 km).
The last date for submission of the prequalification documents is 1st March 2005.
