	>	Technical and Commercial evaluation of quotations in conjunction with RFQ approved by the Client
	>	Clarifications, negotiations and finalization of vendors
	>	Issue of Letter of Intent (LOI), Purchase Order and its expedition
	>	Obtaining monthly and weekly progress reports from the vendors as required by the clients
	>	Arrangements for Tests, Inspections etc at vendor’s premises as well as in project site locations
	>	Arrangement of Freight Forwarders and customs clearance of goods
	>	Assisting the Construction Group by seeking vendor assistance for erection, testing and commissioning of equipment at project sites.
	>	Reconciliation of Purchase Orders.
